At the same time, overvoltage, Undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and overheat of each battery in the battery detected to protect and extend the battery life.


Undervoltage protection prevents over-discharge damage to the battery during the discharge of each cell.

 

The finished lithium battery is mainly composed of two parts, the lithium battery core, and the protection plate. The lithium battery core is primarily composed of the positive plate, diaphragm, negative plate, and electrolyte.

In this process, when testing non-standard battery devices, there are many ways to connect the battery protection plate. However, it is worth trying an intimate connection.


The simple process is as follows:

 

1. Place the device on a relatively horizontal desktop and adjust its smoothness to make it stable;

 

2. Ensure that the humidity of the equipment in use is within the range of 30% to 50%. It is easy to cause shell leakage and electric shock accidents under high humidity;

 

3. Access the appropriate power supply (AC220V / 0.1a), open the power button of the primary device, and open the corresponding power module button

 

4. Check whether the equipment can be displayed correctly and tested regularly.

 

Connection method of lithium battery protection plate

 

Some lithium-ion batteries have a third temperature line. In contrast, others have a battery information check line (such as a non-native battery for warning alarms).


The lithium-ion battery is the battery + protection plate.


The third line will only appear on guard, and the battery will always only have two lines.


Lithium-ion batteries come in two types, notably 3.7V iron and aluminum nonphosphate, and can directly replace.

 

The substitution is straightforward (note the positive and negative poles) :

 

1: Remove the galvanic battery's packaging, and then separate the protection plate from the battery with the electric soldering iron.

 

2. Remove the protection plate of the new battery and install the battery onto the old one.
